I'm fundraising for MATES in Construction

I am excited to announce that throughout April, I will be taking on the physical and fundraising challenge of the MATES Long Lap 2026.

You are not alone is something I firmly believe in when it comes to mental health. That is why I will not be taking this challenge on alone.

By igniting hope for our mates, we make the world a better place. We feel supporting 'MATES Long Lap' is important not only for the Construction community, but also for everyone's well-being.

There will be regular updates throughout the month to keep you all up to date on the Long Lap progress. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference and help MATES continue their crucial work.

MATES Long Lap

Thursday 9th Apr
This April I’m taking on the MATES Long Lap challenge alongside the ASB Property Finance team to support MATES in Construction, a charity doing incredible work around mental health and suicide prevention in our industry.
The challenge runs all month and is all about getting moving while checking in on your mates. You can walk, run, ride, whatever works.
I’ve set myself a goal of running 100km this month. For those that know me, that’s a bit of a stretch, I’ve only just got into running this year after 23 years of avoiding it.
If you’re able to support, any donation goes a long way, with 100% going directly to MATES in Construction to help put more boots on the ground.
