I'm fundraising for MATES in Construction

This April, we're bringing mates together to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention across the construction industry, while acknowledging the industry losing a worker to suicide every five days.

My goal is a minimum of 3km walking / jogging a day.
By igniting hope for our mates, we make the world a better place. I feel supporting 'MATES Long Lap' is important not only for the Construction community, but also for everyone's well-being and the communities that we all serve.
There will be regular updates throughout the month to keep you all up to date on the Long Lap progress. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference and help MATES continue the crucial work.
