I'm fundraising for MATES in Construction

I am excited to announce that throughout April, I will be taking on the physical and fundraising challenge of the MATES Long Lap 2026.

You are not alone is something I firmly believe in when it comes to mental health. That is why I will not be taking this challenge on alone.

By igniting hope for our mates, we make the world a better place. We feel supporting 'MATES Long Lap' is important not only for the Construction community, but also for everyone's well-being.

There will be regular updates throughout the month to keep you all up to date on the Long Lap progress. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference and help MATES continue their crucial work.

There are a lot of mental blocks in the construction industry, whether it is the pressure of various egos colliding, bullying from peers, or facing personal blocks for fear of what coworkers will think if you put your opinion forward.

Mates in construction is a great resource for dealing with depression and all the other psychological walls tradesmen face.

I, among many other people in the trades face these issues on a regular basis. I will be doing my part to raise funds for this great service by contributing to the five collective theoretical laps of the country that Mates are doing with their longlap.
